Have you had a chance to stop by our new store? Many of you have and the reviews have been very good! There is a lot of new to report from within the walls of Scooterville.
Those of you who have been regulars around Scooterville for the past few years might first attempt to visit our old location. Well, it's GONE! We moved during the first week of October, 2007 to 904 19th Avenue South. That is where Cedar & Minnehaha avenues converge, just south of Interstate 94. Demolition of our old site was just completed to make way for development around the new Minnesota Gopher's football field.
We are certainly more visible in our new home. About 500 cars drive past every hour and our big sign is visible from I-94.
What's new? Plenty. Genuine Scooter has introduced a new line of Buddy Internationals. Building on the success of the Series Italia of last year, they have added the St. Tropez and the Pamploma and boosted their engine size to 150cc. The Italia is also available as a 50cc. They also have brought out three new colors for the 125cc and 50cc Buddy models. They're all in stock.
New from Vespa is the Vespa S. It's a 150cc that borrows much inspiration from the small frame Vespas of the past and the sqaured headlight design of the 60's.
Piaggio has expanded it's offerings in the MP3 line-up to include a 400 and 500cc.
Stella is back! We have sold most of our first alotment and should see a few more during the summer months. Reserve one now.
